Pickup Orders

Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed online through our website
  • Same-day orders are welcome, subject to availability
  • Select your preferred pickup date and time during checkout
  • You will receive an order confirmation email

All orders are for pickup at our location:

Pickup Timing

  • Please arrive at your selected pickup time
  • Orders are prepared fresh for your scheduled time
  • If you will be late, please contact us
  • Same-day orders are prepared as quickly as possible

Order Preparation

Fresh Preparation

All cannoli are prepared fresh daily. To ensure the best quality:

  • Shells are filled at the time of your pickup
  • Toppings are added fresh
  • Orders are not prepared far in advance to maintain quality

Special Instructions

You can add special instructions during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, though some customizations may not be possible.

Catering & Reservation Services

Service Area

We provide on-site catering services for events. Travel fees may apply for locations approximately 35 minutes or more from our service area (Buffalo, NY).

Booking Requirements

  • Advance booking is required for catering services
  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation date
  • We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for best availability
  • Shorter notice requests may be accommodated when possible

Service Includes

  • Fresh cannoli stuffed in front of guests
  • Setup and serving equipment
  • Professional on-site service
  • Any remaining cannoli will be stuffed and left at the dessert table

Late Pickups

If you cannot arrive at your scheduled pickup time:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • We will hold orders for a reasonable grace period
  • Extended delays may affect product quality
  • We cannot guarantee availability for significantly delayed pickups

Product Quality

Cannoli are best enjoyed fresh. For optimal quality:

  • Consume cannoli within a few hours of pickup
  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Refrigeration may affect shell crispness
  • We are not responsible for quality degradation from delayed pickup or improper storage
